An excellent experience. I have over a years experience working for the cycle industry and these guys are an absolute credit to the phrase 'Independent bike shop'. I came in to get a cassette and disc rotor removed from a wheel, it was done in minutes and, although I was fully prepared to pay, I was told there was no charge. Not only this but because I was posting the wheel to somebody, the staff were able to offer a box which could accommodate the wheel. Even down to holding the door open for me as I left with my hands full. As said above, a truly excellent experience.
