I visited recently and was treated well by the dentists and the team. Very professional and friendly staff. Lots of treatment options and prices given. Very good price on tooth whitening only 179 cheaper than anywhere else I tried. Highly recommend.
Typical money grabbers. I was told I could not have what I needed, told by female dentist ( franchise holder) that I would have to pay 850. Checked with NHS Dental Services that I could have the treatment needed paided for by NHS. Her attitude towards NHS patients was despicable. Described NHS as buying an old,clapped out car and that you get what you pay for ie poor treatment !!! How dare she disparage our NHS ......
Had an infection it huge amount of pain. This dental practice just like others in Guisborough refused to give treatment. NHS 111 said I needed to see a dentist urgently and was unable to travel so these people would be happy for people to suffer and possibly fall very ill. Piss poor.
I have only met one of the two dentists, but she is lovely. Extremely professional, gentle and wonderful with kids. I have much experience with Canadian dentists and rather patchy experience with ones in England.I would strongly recommend this dentist as she is reassuring and gentle.
