I attended appointment and staff are friendly and helpful.However I was rather disappointed at the cleanliness of the machines used to do the preliminary testing prior to seeing the optician.The chin and head rests were greasy with make up and had clearly not been cleaned between seeing patients.I saw no facilities to do this either.A customer was taken in straight after me and I saw no cleaning done.It was not a pleasant experience.I would welcome your comments please.
Service from the floor staff was excellent but the optician rushed me through and I ended up with an incorrect prescription. Manager reassessed me and is getting new lenses sorted, thankfully! 5 stars for staff but 1 star for optician (you'd think an optician would be able to test your vision).
Good service by Mr Hargreaves.
Lovely store, a little small when its busy after school but the girls here are so nice and opticians are friendly too.
