My experience with this company has been pretty terrible. I ordered some rabbit food as mine was running out. Paid 4.99 delivery which is fine but was supposed to come within 5 working days. I checked after 4 because rabbit's food was nearly emoty and found they hadn't even dispatched it yet. They said they'd send it next day delivery. I got a delivery notice from FedEx to say it coukc come anytime before 6pm on a Monday. Waited in all day and never arrived. Arrived the next day when I was back at work and by then I'd already had to find some different food. I asked for a refund of the delivery fee and just keep getting fobbed off. It's been over two weeks and still nothing so definitely wouldn't recommend.
